insane to see @Revolut reportedly at a $115bn valuation now (according to WSJ), worth more than banks that were around decades before them. and they started as a travel money card back in 2015 🤯 kudos to the team, this is what happens when you treat moving money as the actual product instead of a feature you bolt onto old rails. they were one of the first big players to really take the leap into stablecoins and its decisions like that how they got to 65m+ customers across 45+ countries. theyve moved over $1.2B in stablecoin volume onchain on Polygon, proud we get to build some of that with them. the ones who win in the end are the ones who adopt the tech that improves the old system so much you cant ignore it anymore 💜

If I was Nik I would have absolutely made the same decision. 18% holding of Revolut. Company will be worth $200BN without a doubt. $36BN position at that price. His cap gains bill alone would be $8BN-$10BN. Now in the UAE it will be $0. The Labour government has to realise we are in a global war for talent. Sad and mega loss for the UK.

Why I've changed my mind on Europe: - There are a growing number of opportunities that are very specific to the geographic / cultural fragmentation on the continent. Cross-border payroll, FX led consumer banking, and multi-lingual voice models are great examples and obviously led to enormous outcomes already (deel / revolut / eleven). - Machine intelligence + maturing software markets are making for a much higher per-customer LTV than we've ever seen in the past, meaning you can unlock huge revenue scale with a much lower N count of customers .. 100M customers or even 10M customers supports multi-billion dollar outcomes. - Models are productivity miracles in a continent that desperately needs them. And the way this technology shows up in these countries can be very tailored to each country's ambition, i.e. can we make the NHS the best consumer experience in the world? What other parts of society feel intractably broken and could dramatically benefit from software? - Vibes are excellent and the depth of the ecosystem is growing - the ETN guys are mensches and teams like Ethos are silicon valley ambition / technical excellence / hustle culture. No qualifiers required. Sure there are plenty of challenges but for the first time in decades it feels like there are teams / tam / ambition / momentum to support global power law outcomes from the region.

🚨 BREAKING: Revolut just posted $2.3 billion in profit. $6 billion revenue. 38% margins. Fifth consecutive year of profitability. 76% of neobanks still lose money. Revolut has 11 product lines each clearing $100M+ in annual revenue. - Subscriptions. - Cards. - FX. - Wealth. - Lending. - Business payments. They're a lot more than a card and an app, and very different to most US Neobanks They're a diversified financial services company that runs on a phone. --- The numbers underneath are worth digging into. - Credit portfolio doubled (+120%). - Customer balances hit $67.5bn (+66%). - Subscriptions grew 67% — their fastest revenue line. Revolut Business now does 16% of total income and grew 140%+ in Singapore, Australia, and the US. 63% of new customers still come through word of mouth. At 68 million customers. 1 in 5 working-age Europeans use it. --- The huge news of course is they're a BANK now. - The UK bank has been green lit. - Mexico live. - US national bank charter filed this month. 30+ banking licenses across 40 markets. --- Three years ago the debate was "can neobanks survive?" Revolut is becoming the most boring thing a fintech can become — boringly profitable, boringly diversified, boringly institutional. That's the highest compliment you can pay a bank. And yet, somehow with Revolut it's NEVER boring.

Revolut's OpenAI partnership turns ChatGPT into a powerful upgrade @Revolut just bundled @ChatGPT Go into its plans for most of its 75m+ customers. Tiers: • Standard & Plus → 3 months • Premium → 6 months • Metal → 12 months • Ultra → 12 months + guest pass (US, Brazil & Australia excluded for now. 18+ only.) Smart move. Subscriptions hit $936m in 2025 (+67%) and now make up ~16% of revenue. Paid plan adoption grew 42%. Giving customers a high-demand AI tool is one of the cleanest ways to raise perceived value and push upgrades. The 3-month Standard offer is especially clever. Users form the habit, then face a choice when it expires: pay OpenAI or upgrade their Revolut plan. Those upgrades go straight into Revolut's high-margin subscription line. This is the bigger shift. Revolut is no longer just a banking app - it's becoming a daily utility that bundles finance with the tools people actually use. Stickier customers, stronger recurring revenue. Low-cost distribution for OpenAI. High-leverage retention play for Revolut.

Index has just raised $3.5bn. Here's how. The firm has had one of the greatest periods of liquidity in VC history. These are just some examples of how much cash they've made from recent exits: > Wiz acquisition to Google: $4.1 billion > Dream Games buy out from CVC: $560 million > Scale AI semi-acquisition by Meta: $1.8 billion > Figma IPO: >$1bn Another portfolio company, Revolut, recently hit a valuation of $115bn which could end up returning even more than Wiz. As a result its DPI is some of the highest in the world: > Index’s 2012 fund had a DPI of 11 as of last year > Its 2015 $780m growth fund has a DPI of 5.1 Surely in the running for one of the greatest firms in the world. (data taken from a @mhbergen article earlier this year)
